I picked up a flyer the other day. It’s for 40W, a nascent non profit group trying to form an Arts District in Northeast Lakewood. Lake wood , about 20 blocks from my house, is a somewhat nondescript suburb that is actually Colorado’s 4th or 5th largest city.
